China Key System & Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd. (CKS) is a Chinese technology company headquartered in Wuxi, Jiangsu province. Being a subsidiary of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, CKS mainly designs, develops and manufactures reliableICs and electronics.

CKS was founded in 2008, witha registered capital of 500 million yuan. It now owns 2 industrial bases and 6 R&D centers nationwide besides the headquarters. By the end of 2015, there are 2000 employees of which 70% are engineering and technical personnel including 1 academician of CAE, 30 experts enjoying State Council special allowance and over 180 professorate senior engineers and senior engineers. Astate-level post-doctoral workstation has been established for scientific researches.

CKS domesticallyowns the only complete IC production line covering IC design, photomask, manufacture, test, package, reliability and application. Its IC R&D capacity has paved solid foundation for further development of modules, microsystems and IoT products. It is not only the service provider for trustable public manufacture platforms, but also the supplier of key ICs and information systems for mobile communications, industrial control, cloud computing and IoT industries.
